RETURNS/REFUNDS

You may return your purchase for a refund, minus shipping costs, within 15 days. Customer pays for return shipping unless otherwise approved by LACoFM Team. Please contact us regarding your return before sending. Place a copy of your invoice and the reason for your return in the secure box/envelope. All returns must be in ORIGINAL NEW CONDITION. Your refund will occur once your items have been received and the condition confirmed. Pack the items carefully, an open box with missing items is not a good way for us to receive the return.
